POSTPONED: Due to the spread of the COVID-19 outbreak, the Black Sea and Balkans Security Forum 2020 will be postponed.
The organizers acknowledge the importance of a coherent and professional debate platform on matters of security, defence and foreign affairs in the Black Sea region and the Balkans and of asking the relevant strategic questions in times of crisis. Therefore, the 2020 edition of the Forum will take place between 4-5 September, in Bucharest.
We will gather officials, professionals, experts and academics to discuss the resilience of our societies, strengthening the EU solidarity and EU&NATO cohesion, the emerging security challenges and the world after tomorrow.
